As the Product Lead at a tech startup in San Francisco, Nicole had to hire for her own team. That’s when she fell in love with the Talent space. The person-to-person impact, the interesting technological challenges, the fascinating process design—she discovered all that the wonderful world of recruiting had to offer.
Armed with a desire to tackle tough problems and learn new things, Nicole launched a one-woman recruiting shop that offered a PM’s eye to classic recruiting problems. Since then, Mercury Constant has been gaining steam and expanding to meet more client needs. The rest is history!
